Paul Sedgwick, Principal of the practice uses his 42 years experience in town planning to advise clients on development potential and how to approach town planning issues

Practice Manager Brenda Sedgwick, who leads the administative and support team, deals with case management and liaison with the Planning Inspectorate.

Bill Finlay is a Chartered Town Planner with professional experience in housing issues. He provides specialist support for cases where housing market assessments or housing needs studies are relevant. His skills are particularly relevant in the light of PPS3 emerging requirements and in assessing the need for affordable housing and meeting other special housing needs

We also work with an independent Associate, Kerry James, who is based in Flintshire and provides additional expertise in development control. She leads on some of our cases, mainly in North Wales and Cheshire
