on the Menai Strait for 23 dwellings as part of a 1.5m development initiative by the harbour owner to restore the Grade II listed slate dock constructed
in 1900, repair and bring the dry dock into use, and develop dockyard facilities in addition to the present marina. This has been to appeal and whilst the residential element
was dismissed in a split decision, the Inspector gave guidance on how his concerns could be overcome. And we did this, but the LPA forced another appeal - which was allowed by
